Come one, come all and be part of our weekend events. Take a walk about the town and you'll be sure to hear many a great session!
There are great choices for the playing musician this year as the number of sessions has been extended. Players are welcome to join in the many sessions during the weekend which will also include a Slow Session for Adults and Junior and Teen sessions aimed at providing an opportunity for young musicians to play together and sample the session atmosphere. We also have a singers session on Saturday evening in Skerries Mills presided over by Con O Drisceoil from Cork.
The Sunday 12 noon recital event in Skerries Mills is again scheduled and will this year include a centenary tribute to renowned piper and broadcaster Seamus Ennis who was born May 1919.
The 2019 festival venues are:
Joe Mays - Harbour Road
The Gladstone Inn - The Cross (off Thomas hand Street)
The Snug - New Street
The Salty Dog - Strand Street
The Bus Bar - Strand Street
Skerries Mills - Mill Hill
